I'm surprised this idea took as long as it did to execute. Woulda thought someone would've been all over it from the week it was discovered in the Diamond Casino update. But then I also thought someone would've made a stock Omnis when that came out and well ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
@Axon It's actually a very legit question to ask, since it was originally announced in February last year and the general instruction to everyone being patient was to wait for 2.4... all the way back in April of 2019.
It's already been 14 months, there's a very real chance it might NOT come out this year. I'm going to stay patient as that's what I've been doing this whole time, and the last thing we need is a buggy mess.

Superb mod by the way, not too sure why a couple of buttons read as "Null" but they don't seem to interfere with the general function of the mod.
@Asqit No offence, but that model is ugly as hell and has the rear end of the Feroci tacked on to it. It looks like a "cut and shut". This on the other hand is actually a remodel of the ingame Stratum.
Does this mod not work with the latest version of VWE (2.3.2)? Game crashes before loading whenever that mod is installed at the same time.
I decided to start over again with just NVR, WoV and nothing else. Within minutes I'd taken a ride in a green cab and had stolen an eyesore of a donked Faction, so it's clear it worked on its own on top of NVR. I then tried the mod on top of IVPack, using the necessary extra .oiv and the Casino gameconfig. Again, it worked. Only when I then tried to add VWE did the game crash at the loading screen. I noticed VWE replaced the gameconfig.xml, so I re-added yours back in. Still crashed. I started over a second time, installing them in the order of IVPack->VWE->WoV and it crashed yet again. I deleted my savegame and replaced it with one of the ones available, but it seems WoV just won't work whenever VWE's in the same installation.
Honestly, making a traffic mod is far more than just "lump every car that looks like it was made before 1990 in together". If you don't know what I mean, look at a freeway photo of Los Angeles in any given time period. 90% of the time you'll see cars of the era, maybe a classic or two. In the '80s you'd mostly see Malaise-era sedans and early Jap imports, maybe a Euro hatchback/sedan or two. The streets certainly wouldn't be flowing with classic muscle cars.
Whoever took the latest screenshots, no offence but who started the nuclear apocalypse in your version of Los Santos?
Now this is gold, much better and more lore-friendly than the F1 car IMHO. Now we have two Group C racers from R* (the RE-7B and S80RR), a Group 6 racer (the R70K2), two LMGTP racers, one from R* and one custom-made (the Tyrus and Schafter GTR) and this as a modern LMP1. What else remains at this point for Le Mans racers?
It's beautiful. The R* style is nailed down 100%.
