Look at the dates of the update files it will help you which to replace, still unsure compare with files in your script folder.
Update 2.02 - 2.03 its SPAII.dll and SPAII.pdb

Off topic.. Is it possible to bring Arcade to SP?
Use Epic if your keen for online otherwise download a certain "Girls" v150 repack if you want script hook and everything that follows... You will need to delete Epic before installing repack..
