May I upload replacement models for the default character masks? instead of 006 for Dallas, it was converted to 014 using Franklin. I plan on replacing for each character

I think this version fixes the camera issue(test it and let me know as I haven't ran into any problems since) and also disabled cellphone input while in the menu.:
