The Facility is not loading for me too, but I do have all the latest requirements (Game, SHV etc ...)
The rear passengers are not aligned, they clip in the seat

Did you try to redownload your mod from this page ? I can assure you that I've opened the file in OpenIV and there was nothing
Your Audi S3 file has the model, textures and data, but this car has no model in the vehicles .rpf and handling, carcols etc. are empty
Redownloaded and still nothing in it :-/
