how can you make objects interactive, like whiskey glass, bong, tv radio, etc

anyone know how to create interactive objects on a map with map editor? like making the yacht mod have interactive tv and bong and things

delete the one from mods folder, copy and paste update rpf from gta file location, the one in programs etc... then you have to reinstall any mod into the update rpf you just copied

hey a little off topic but I uninstalled gta v trying to have room to work with, I had to re download the 7 disk version because I bought it when it was only 3 disk, after trying to reinstall gta v, it says error trying to activate, I'm signed in with social club I activated the game with, support website has bunch of posts from april but no answers, any help please
