Make a Police Version.

Does this work witrh 393.4/1.28? i get a error when joining a online server, " Missing Asset Files" or something along those lines..

Issues:
Other Players Cant see the car, despite it being in the game as a Vapid Dominator.
Some have sworn they can see it. needs testing.

All features work!

** when other players dont see it, they instead, see floating GLow sticks
they will see floating miniguns
