Low res is good because it doesn't cause framerate drops in game! It doesn't need to be Ultra 8k to look passable in game you people are spoiled and like having super ultra textures and 5 frames per second

Dude fuck this mod I have gtx 960m and 16gb ram I should be able to handle the 2k blood no problem but when testing it I was 60fps and then I shot a civilian and then their blood made fps down to 10.

I will wait until it is updated more.

Sweetfx does niot work with windows 8.

I have only 512mb video card and I tried another super low pc settings and it worked ok but not excellent.

I'm so confused by these settings. It's not really "simple"

I'd rather it be made more true to the original GTA IV niko, Brown hair, paler skin, etc But still Good mod. And I guess to make it easier you just used the one from GTA online and added arms and legs?
