Like stated before - it doesn't work online (all players online would need it installed) and it will make you banned for sure. Use the Skin Control menu to change clothes of your character in the Rockstar Editor Director Mode or in the Single Player.

@James6davil just select any bikini top which is not from Beach Bum DLC. Skin Control mod is perfectly OK. Though I think you really should buy the full version as this game is totally worth it and you missing much too.

@James6davil I'm not sure what do you mean by that... if you ask me they look ok.

@kek_Malek it's not supposed to be used online (it wouldn't make much sense as you will be only one seeing your character's tits anyway - so no boners for you friends ;) - only in single player mode (you can switch to your online character using one of the scripts mentioned her before, or you can recruit it as your bodyguard if you prefer) or in the director mode for posing/movie making etc.

@L7Ke it's - thanks to that we only have nude anatomically-correct humane females... and Trevor ;] instead of horse/troll/etc females :D

@Yang hi, this mod doesn't have any impact on hooker/strip club/baywatch girls mods at all - it uses different textures and models.

@_NL_luuk_ use director mode and select your online character... or use Skin Control script mentioned before...

Unless you mean the real life girls, then - I have no idea - if I would then I wouldn't be sitting in front of my computer, playing around with things like this mod, now do I? ;)

@amitpaul911 it's basically just a single 3d mesh with different textures applied to it and a few face morphs so all GTA online female characters are exactly the same. This and other similar mods do just some basic texture tricks - it's doesn't change the character's 3d model (and even if it would be possible - and I'm not sure it is in case of character models - it would require extensive amount of work as GTA uses pretty complex model system). So, maybe one day (but definately I won't be one who releases it).

@SLYGUY237 OK, thanks. At least the nipple problem should be fix-able (expect it in the future releases).
