My game wasn't starting and it had nothing to do with ScriptHookV, just something that ScriptHookV was loading: outdated Menyoo.asi was the true root of my problems.
I wish I could hide the console window - it is really annoying and unnecessary.
Cool mod, though not particularly useful for keyboards, but it seems to be rather unstable (here is a screenshot and description of the issue I encountered: http://glassblade-games.com/customsteering-info.html).
