@joshbon007 well what you can do is if you have it on steam right click the game then click set launch options. From there type in "-norestrictions" without the quotations.

@FrankDaTank The mod shows it at slightly elevated traffic, not the actual maximum potential that the game can handle

@eshenk mine is updated to the most recent version of the game, and I plan to keep it updated to all further patches

The screenshots show traffic at 1.0x, but it takes a little time for the traffic to show (i.e. 25 ish seconds, depending on your computer)
