Great mod, working great! Really like this idea of random cars and no menus, gives another layer of immersion.

Wish I found this before, it would save the frustration dozens of times when I'm just chilling driving around and I'm absolutely demolished from behind by an AI in a chase lol

It works perfectly as described. Sad people give low ratings to mods because of their own inability to perform simple tasks correctly.

My favorite mod for GTA, dope af. I agree with Butcher above, though - occasional very big orders would be nice for when you're REALLY loaded. Maybe the chance of one of those based on ranks and levels. Nevertheless, fantastic mod!

^ about my last comment, it seems that in the config file the PROPERTY1 Bahama West Mamas and PROPERTY21 Arcadius Business Center 'OWNER' setting was set to 'Franklin' automatically. I suppose changing this to 'Global Invest' will solve the issue.

I'm using a clean 1.6% save file with no property bought but I'm receiving ~50k like if I had bought properties. Anyone know why could this be happening?
