HEY EVERYONE I ACCIDENTALLY UPLOADED A BETA VERSION YESTERDAY THE ORIGINAL RELEASE VERSION HAS JUST BEEN PUT UP! I AM SORRY FOR ALL THE CONFUSION!
This model features a 1999 CVPI (by YCA on GTA5-mods.com) With a Whelen Edge lightbar (by F5544).
This model has had it's headlights/taillights/Trim and interior textures reworked.
Both the Model and the Lightbar usage permissions were given for this release and to protect the original files and credits of these components the vehicle model has been locked.
The Vehicles Livery Texture is a place holder and should be changed before officially using the vehicle. The template is the same as YCA's CVPI.

@UProphet are you god with zmodeler? Because i need your help, when ever i import a gta4 car with vehshare and the gta4 texture file of that car it has like 100 missing texture error messages
@UProphet Every time I install the modification, I view the yft file and it shows nothing... I'm not sure what I'm doing wrong. I replaced police.ytf, police.ytd, and police_hi.ytf... I really need help :(
I should've went in-game and tested. The reason why it's not showing is because it's locked. I'm terribly sorry... (and terribly stupid. xD) 5/5 bro
it seems the rear brakelights are too transparent anyway to make them less transparent?

Lightbar looks great but the inner rear lights and most up front need some more "fine tuning" I guess you can say. If you watch my video you will see the highly detailed ones compared to the blurry like ones. Awesome mod now if i only could get it on the original 99 cvpi..
