car not spawning buddy

@Britoni @Dimario i was tested on my pc, it's working good, i don't understand why, first update your game, after that check your dlc_list, place it to first line to test, if not working, take screen shot of that bug when spawning and send it to my facebook, i will find the way to fix it

@liamtran About 30 cars were installed, there were no problems. Then I broke my whole head, do not spawn and that's it !?
