What i did reconvert the model / export it as object form Zmodeler and reconvert it again
to make sure convert it in best way to make every things work / Turt / Bulletproof glass and more

This Model Best as addon , However Model Playable with Replace as insurgent put you will have issue with handling
: MINE ROLLER :
as Extra part you can only move it right and left sides by number pad ( 8 / 5 )
However can't detect mines for real !

[ INSTALLATION ]
addon :
1. Extract all files .
2. Launch your OpenIV
3. Copy "matv" in addon folder to "GTAV \ mods \ update \ x64 \ dlcpacks \"
4. Edit "GTAV \ mods \ update \ update.rpf \ common \ data \ dlclist.xml"
5. Add a new line "dlcpacks:/matv/" behind the last ""
6. Done! Launch the game and using Menyoo or other trainer to spawn the car by the name "matv"
replace :
1. Extract all files .
2. Launch your OpenIV .
3. Go to files in " Replace " folder .
4. go to " update-x64> dlcpacks> patchday23ng> dlx.rpf> x64> levels> gta5> vehicles.rpf.
5. click on " Edit mode " in Open Iv .
6. click on " Show on Mode folder " .
7. Throw all files That in Replace folder in OpenIv.
* Don't forget to make a backup of your files!
[ FIVEM INSTALLATION ]
Just copy the "matv" in FiveM folder to your server resources folder, and add a new line "start matv" in your "server.cfg

@GuyWhoLoves_A45_AMG There's actually no issue with any of the .meta files, the vehicle is simply missing a vechiclelayout.meta file which tells the game where the player will sit in the vehicle.

The camera zooms out too far (even the closest zoom by “v key”), so there a way to adjust the camera?
@abdulaziz3499 Still broken for me after 2.0. Would've been nice to use in my game. Game keeps crashing on loading screen with a ERR_SYS_FILELOAD pop-up. That only happens when this mod is installed. Checked all files and have no clue what the issue could be.
UPDATE: ERR_SYS_FILELOAD pop-up is gone but game still crashes on loading screen. No more pop-ups appear but game still crashes.
It's really nice.
If you try to get on board as a trainer, an error will occur and the game will be terminated forcibly.
What I used was addon and added a vehicle.
Will there be an error unless you replace the file?

Got this working, but just wondering how I would go about making the turret not an extra. When you disable it you can still shoot the gun.
The vehicles doesn't have a sound.
@BoBo_ there is no audio name for the mod in the mod's vehicles.meta file. you have to add the sounds manually. i added the insurgent audio. <audioNameHash>INSURGENT</audioNameHash>
It looks good even tho it doesn't have a sound for some reason
@Chant I did that however, I am still having the no audio issue. Below is what I have for the audioNameHash entry but it is still not working, at least on fivem, I haven't tried normal gta v
