The Japanese on car was flip horizontally lol
And it should be a city name with police, not "Road police"
E.g: "警視廳" (Tokyo Metropolitan Police)
"大阪府警"(Osaka Prefectural Police)

@stefano11 It is certainly possible, but if you want to convert this model to work in GTA 5, you'll need a lot of time and effort.
