\Grand Theft Auto V\update\x64\dlcpacks
2. Open OpenIV, extract
\Grand Theft Auto V\update\update.rpf\common\data\dlclist.xml
open it, add new line
< item > dlcpacks:\pd458wb\ < / item >
Save and use OpenIV to replace the original.
Note: you can install addon mods in mods folder too.

You need a trainer to be able to spawn the car, download here.
Spawn the car using trainer, by either typing the name or add a spawn option in AddedCars section.

@Slingevent Redux looks awesome. But unfortunately, the creator stole bunch of mods and put in one package. in other words, Redux is Bunch of stolen files. Not a Mod.

@Ken F my guess is that your game is pirated/cracked/isn't original so that you don't get that sound to work because my car used a sound from a car in dlc

if you're using pirated/cracked version of the game, here's how to fix the no sound issue:
1. open openiv
2. open dlc.rpf in Grand Theft Auto V\mods\update\x64\dlcpacks\lwgtr
3. extract vehicles.meta in dlc.rpf\common\data\levels\gta5
4. open it with notepad and find <audioNameHash>t20</audioNameHash>
5. replace it with <audioNameHash>entityxf</audioNameHash>
6. save it
7. back to openiv and replace the old vehicles.meta

This car is very good, I enjoy using it and it is now one of my favorites. I strongly recommend downloading this mod.
@Rodin63 Install the Simple Trainer mod cause it has an addon menu where you don't need to put in a name you just look for the car in the menu, its really helpful and that's the way I got several off my addons to work
