RHINO FEMALE 1.0
In this version of the Rhino, I have placed the insurgent machine gun so that it can be operated by a second gunner. The tank cannon does not work, which is why I call it: "Rhino female".
1) Put the files from Vehicles Files Folder to X:\SteamLibrary\steamapps\common\Grand Theft Auto V\mods\x64e.rpf\levels\gta5\vehicles.rpf\
2) Put the vehicleladyouts.meta from Meta Files Folder to: X:\SteamLibrary\steamapps\common\Grand Theft Auto V\mods\update\update.rpf\common\data\ai
3) Read the files Edit Handling.meta.txt and Edit Vehicle.meta.txt to install others meta files (Although you can try to replace the vehicles.meta and handling.meta files directly; but it is possible that the game fails)
4) Ready
