Adds a nice retro feel to the sheriffs department.
Great but please fix the buggy lightbar!

@DavSte Can you provide a picture or video of what's wrong with the light bar?
@Lundy I am too stupid to make a screenshot but here's what to do:
1.) Take a firearm
2.) Shoot at the lightbar
-> You'll see, that the lightbar only partly breaks, but this bug is too with the standard Sheriff Cruiser. Try the rotor lightbar of the Police Stanier.
@DavSte That's an issue with R*s coding for the node collision. I can't do anything for that.

@Lundy It's nice very good mod! Can you add an 'optional file' like the texture of 'sheriff2'(black&white)? Because, in other modes, there are only 2-generation model..
