I replaced the oac files with the awc ones that should work better now!
dude may i have the backup of weapons.awc file? its located in SFX \ RESIDENT.RPF \ *weapons.awc*

Why
Im dragging just the OAC files into my weapons_player.Rpf but it does not seem to be changing

If I put in mod Purely openiv and wants to start GTA comes update and all mod deleted

How do you mean " restart in offline mod"
@AwsomeAnonymus Disconnect your Wifi/ethernet cable and start Grand Theft Auto V. It should come up with a type of error message that gives you a prompt to start the game in 'Offline Mode'. Click that and if you've signed in previously with the registered e-mail and password that you use, then it should have no worries.
