Features include:
- Submarine launch bay
- Underwater cargo hatch
- Master bedroom with private lift which leads to panic room and submarine access
- Vault
- Home cinema
- Lots of other small changes and enhancements.
- Added over 100 peds so the yacht feels alive and more like a crime boss's yacht.
IMPORTANT: You need to disable wind in simple trainer or menyoo or some other mod to make the water calm - otherwise the waves flood the bottom deck.
There are two versions of the mod - one with a party on the forward deck and one without.
Requirements:
- you need use simple trainer or menyoo or some other mod to get the yacht to appear
- Map Editor
- Latest Menyoo or use my ObjectList.ini to make sure all objects appear
Load using Map Editor and you will be teleported to the yacht.

@randyson1994 Don't know why that is. Do you have a low end PC, that might be the problem. Have you tried loading both versions? One has a lot fewer peds. What mod are you using to spawn the yacht? I use simple trainer, I don't know if using something else would cause the problem, probably not. Sorry, I can't be of much help, I don't know much about the technical side of mods.

@BladeRJ Thanks, unfortunately I couldn't get it to work with a real vehicle so its just a prop.
if with your permission, i could try making it work with a real boat that is the same size or close to it. if not, i totally understand and respect your answer.

Because I like how you populated the yacht with peds and guards. Because the Yacht Deluxe Mod doesn't do that. If it is compatible then that is great. 5/5

@Zoidberg can you make a mod where a building is there where we have to enter the building and it has gold and money and hijack the building
@HarleyQuinnSquad You can try it. It might work or it might crash the game. Probably best if you convert it to ymap first and then try.
@abhi08 I mainly stick to mansion mods. There's a few heist mods out there that use the bank interior such as this one:
