Hello again people, I am back with another building but this time it is not just a garage, It is also a house :D.

The house is located next to the highway that goes to Paleto Bay and to get this house to even spawn correctly you'll need Map Builder Link down below.

The Npc's just spawn inside the chairs and I don't know if I can disable that or not but it should not be an issue.
