This is a treehouse located about a block from the hill valley church in Sandy Shores. It's kind of a modern take on a treehouse and has all your modern wants and needs like a bed, computer, dresser and even tv. It has some good quality lights for living at night time and even has its own helipad! This only took me about 2 and a half hours to complete.
Make sure you look at the license plates of the vehicles while you're at it!
