To make it 3d you need to edit the models shader my doing parallax mapping or proper displacement.
@ryanm2711 yeah I know I have to edit railway tracks model (ydr), but this is only virtual 3 dimensional railway tracks

Coloured pebbles look ridiculous.
@suscipiat pebbles does not matter in this mod, just look the tracks they are 3D or isn't?
Like ryan already said I would change the title since its very misleading. Only thing you did are changing the texture maps. But I dont understand what is supposed to be 3D here.
