This is based of the "panda" car used in The Bill. Panda cars were basic IRVs but they were not allowed in any form of pursuit and rarely responded on blue lights. However, it is a different lightbar. As of now it is buggy but it is not in my control. Please speak to the author about this issue.

this skin is just so wrong, and the met never used this car, and the lightbar is too new for the era of car
@Luke1418 It was used, it's seen plenty of times during the Bill (even if it was never used in real life it's one of the few cars from that era available for GTA). I am quite aware the lightbar is not from the era, I even said so in the description, but this is quite clearly a skin, rather than a model. The model is out of my control. What is wrong with the skin? I know it's not the best. Considering I am the only person to make a Met livery for this car and it's not just some shitty battenburg one....
@qwertyTech your skins are just so bad. I have been practising and practising and now i make really high quality ones. You just need to use transparent images and not the ones with the white backgrounds as they make the skin look like a total clusterfuck. if you want help on how to make a proper skin which you can be proud of then just message me
