place the general xml in menyoostuff > outfit
In game open the menyoo trainer go to
Player options > Wardrobe > Outfit select general and Apply

There is already a army general in the game.
So what's the point of this menyoo outfit when you can open a trainer, change player into military general (the one from fort zancudo) and voila, you now a army general ;)
