Ever hate hearing the voice of a random male or worse, female NPC when taking on the NOOSE?
Well this mod fixes that!
After tweaking both the YMT and YTD file for the NOOSE ped, they'll now use their intended voicelines.
How it was done was by changing both "bla" and "lat" to "whi" as the NOOSE voicelines only work for white NPCs.
Anyways, this mod does what R* couldn't fix in almost 10 years!
BUGS: For some reason, NOOSE will sometimes spawn with the "FIB" badge on them.
INSTALLATION: Drag n' drop the files to "mods/x64e.rpf/models/cdimages/componentpeds_s_m_y.rpf"
If you have a modded .ytd file for the swat ped, just right click on it and edit it, and rename both "bla" and "lat" to "whi"
After that, just save and load in!

I found a way for NPC's to have Franklin's and Trevor's action modes, it's a dope find and I think it's gonna be a great mod when done!

Useful for everyone but not for me. I use RDE so it's useless since jax fixed these issues via dat. files
@William Halverd Which .dat files? I thought you could only change them trough editing the ped's YMT file, also i don't like replacing the YTD since i like to replace the vanilla noose textures with better ones found on the site, especially if i have other swat models that also respond as more elite variants, so if you could tell me what .dat file you changed i would be glad since then i can just change 1 global file instead of 1 single file since unless i am developing a fivem resource (either localGame or server) where i can put them in stream folder, singleplayer tends to get messy when im dealing with modifying hundreds of files.
@Ilikeeditingpolice01 the peds.meta file changes the voice via pedvoicegroup under noose section. You can use Easy Mods Folder that is global for every file
@William Halverd why can't i just define a new peds.meta and put s_m_y_swat_01 there and have that overwrite the vanilla peds.meta entry without having to replace it?
altrough i can still add the ped as addon anyway so it doesn't matter
@Ilikeeditingpolice01 Update.rpf does that basically, put your changes in peds.meta and you are good to go.
@William Halverd wdym? can i put peds.meta in common/data folder? idk im not familiar with gta 5 modding but don't you need to copy entire peds.ymt file and then make your changes to that? which means making "overrides" of specific peds.meta entries is difficult if you don't want to replace other peds/keep other stuff vanilla
@Ilikeeditingpolice01 What i meant to say is that you can paste your edits to that file, not to overwrite 100%
