One time I downloaded Max Payne 3, I looked at OpenIV and found the body textures of the female characters of GTA V Online with twice the resolution used in GTA V, I made some corrections in the tone of the skin to beat according to the original GTA V just made the black and white maybe make the other ethnicities available in the game.
I recommend using the body models of Dionys Ramirez to see more beauty.
Replace the files in C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Grand Theft Auto V\mods\x64v.rpf\models\cdimages\streamedpeds_mp.rpf\mp_f_freemode_01
and also C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Grand Theft Auto V\mods\update\x64\dlcpacks\patchday4ng\dlc.rpf\x64\models\ped_mp_overlay_txds.rpf\
