A new and improved Merryweather security operator. I thought the vanilla model was a bit lacking in gear, which actual guards for a top-secret deep state facility would be packing. These guys are complete with a tacticool nylon duty rig, retextured props, and some HD company logos on their shirts to match.

@ELYXAI Changed the light textures to amber then just customized the FIB Granger in-game with a trainer
