To those saying it doesn't work, it does work just fine - without ELS. The problem is that ELS negates your default vanilla controls, so turning on/off the radio and selecting stations is disabled.

Okay, this mod is weird as f*ck. I just used a fire department Tahoe and the radio worked, however, I could not bring up the radio wheel or change the stations at all. I'm not exactly sure at this point if it's an ELS problem or the mod is broke. Sad the author abandoned it.

Scratch everything I just said, I figured out the cause. This plugin is 100% broke.

@iMalcolm27 Although, I may have a workaround for you. I discovered that with ELS, you CAN have audioNameHash set to, for example, stanier, and it'll play radio stations. The problem is, you cannot select the station from within the car, you need to change it via the pause menu.

@KallusRourke but changing the audio name hash to a civilian car will disable the siren no? or is the els responsible for the tones? is that what you re saying?

@iMalcolm27 Yep! Prior to ELS you had to have the nameHash to a police vehicle, but that is no longer the case. ELS controls the siren.

Yes if you have ELS you can change the audiohash name in the vehicles.meta folder for your police vehicles to a civilian car (which changes engine sound but also allows radio use). Best use is the simple trainer and set default station to what you like.

@ZIPPO RAID You said you recommend using your other "Raider's Radio Report" mod in conjunction with this one but, I assume that if I want to listen to the crazy police scanner chatter of the other mod the radio does have to be in the "off" position while you're in a police car, am I right? Or do you still hear the dispatch chatter while you have the radio on?

Can anyone tell the way for police dispatch chatter radio files? I want to mute this weird option. On site was mod like "No Police Radio", but now i cant find this here.
