This mod will let you pause and unpause the game time. Press I to pause te time and O to unpause the time.
Install: Drag and drop Time Pauser.dll into your scripts folder. if you dont have a scripts folder then you can create on by your self.
Make sure you have these installed:

@ShadoFax A useful mod, but can you make it turn on/off with one key instead of two keys? Because I have installed a lot of mods, the keyboard keys are obviously not enough... and the ini configuration file is necessary.

No hate to the mod but counldnt you use a trainer?
You could but you'd have to open the trainer and move through the menus to get to it. This lets you do it with the push of a button.

@ShadoFax Do you know of any mod that displays the game's time right on the screen while in the game? I've being looking everywhere for a mod that does that but, thus far no luck.
