for some reason, this mod doesn't work for me, even though I installed it correctly.
is it possible to make the wheels of cars blur when rotating too? It just seems to me that yes, thanks to the method used for helicopter blades. it seems to me that the texture of the blades is replaced with a blurred one at a certain rotation speed.
