I found an error in the vehicle.meta - <extraIncludes /> since it turn off there is no need to have the items commands, also it have an extra <extraIncludes /> after the items, just delete that one.
Remove the content with requiredExtras and just close it, no reason to load something there is not there. Bike dont have anything extras.

Cant type the line number since i have remade all the metas with new for FiveM.

I made a new modkit, since some the parts realy dont work with the bike
