That is not a bug or issue, this is how CHP/SAHP lightbars works. This is require by California Law for any emergency vehicles to have at least a red light that don't flash in front of the emergency vehicle.

I like this modification a lot but is not compatible to lspdfr, something i believe from the vehiclemodelset.meta is causing that when you get in a police station expect Mission Row, the game crash.
There an issue, the carbine rifle don't shoot on third person.
I noticed that the police and police2 vehicle sirens are not working and the vehicle sound are not matching. The problem seem to come from the handling. It would be nice to fix that since i play lspdfr often and i really like DriveV mod.
