@Wotan_von_Edelburg Why would you rate it if you don't even know what it does? It explains everything in the description.
It's a texture, you need to add it with openIV and use it on your own character in single player.
You can spawn characters wearing it but that would require mods to make it possible.
And no, it does not have breast physics, it's not like GTA has any to being with.

I already explained it in the description, replace the jbib_diff_006_a_uni, the path to where you need to install it is also in the description.

The dress is around 38 under tops, if you're using skin control.
