5th time downloading did everything you said even reinstalled the game ive used the oiv method and the manual method never worked. first it launches the normal intro when it gets to the pick a mode part it crashes please fix it

So i use notepad++ but it just says a bunch of like wierd shapes. could anyone help on how to install manually
