probably just dropped in hei_ files from your FiveM stream folder in the SP DLC

any chance you could make this work in LS too? Or does it already perchance?

noticed you directly convert your FiveM stream files into SP DLC streaming format
BUT, mind you... SP does not use hei_ (or lr_ for that matter)
so you might want to re-do this dlc.rpf
