Releasing this car since it is quite an old convert that was sitting on the harddrive and was also leaked at some point. There are some small issues with it but I don't really care about fixing them unless they're major. Enjoy!

@waeI I'd still rather have the standard plates instead of "beat', especially since you can customize the GTA plates.

how do i add the “dlcpacks:\honbeat\” into dlclist.xml? anytime i try it won’t let me type or paste anything into the code
@KinkyHippie Either export the file onto your desktop and add the text through a text editor or make sure edit mode is enabled on OpenIV then right click the file, press edit then add the text that way
