First, go to gta5 / mods / update / x64 / dlcpacks
Make a new folder, name it "batforever", and drag dlc.rpf into the folder.
Then, go to gta5 / mods / update / update.rpf / common / data
Edit dlclist.xml, add "dlcpacks:/batforever/"

@JAM102970 u can just rename the files the yft and ytd and hi.yft
Exactly. Drag the dlc.rpf file into Open IV. Open it all the way to the vehicle files. Copy the .yft, _hi.yft and .ytd files somewhere in your computer. Then rename them however you wish, in this case, as vigilante.yft.
Then search for vigilante.yft files in the entire openIv archives. Wherever they show up, copy them over with the new vigilante.yft files you just made.

@superflysi1985 Yeah that I know but, I don't know if this kjb33's model has different handling and meta file configurations from the Vigilante. If I just swap the yft's on the Vigilante with this one the car might handle akwardly and even the game might crash. That's why I wanted to know directly from kjb33 whether his model has totally different handling from the Vigilante. It would be nice if he actually makes a replace model for it though.
