It's working perfectly!! On readme file though for some reason you forget to write the lines!! Anyway here the lines especially for beginners who this add-on car is the first they try to add-spawn:
dlclist.xml: <Item>dlcpacks:\cater\</Item>
extratitleupdatedata.meta: <Item type="SExtraTitleUpdateMount">
<deviceName>dlc_cater:/</deviceName>
<path>update:/dlc_patch/cater/</path>
</Item>

@HexanoFR No problem actually if someone have a lot of experience adding new cars on gta5 probably already know what to do with these 2 files without even you need really to explain how to do it!! d:

For some reason it doesn't work for me. Keeps saying model not found, i've installed it as instructed & have the correct gameconfig etc etc etc

@cloby It's strange, all works for me, and maybe all people. Do you add the dlclist and extratitleupdate line?

@HexanoFR Of course. Anyway I figured out the issue. It was a conflict with some physics mod I had installed
