A slightly higher pitched tire skid sound for a more realistic feel.
The original GTA V tire skids are way too low pitched in my opinion, so i highered the original files pitch slightly in Audacity, and here are the results.
Install:
Mods > x64 > Audio > sfx > RESIDENT.rpf > vehicles.awc
Right click vehicles.awc, export to openFormats. (I recommend exporting to your desktop)
Open the vehicles folder, and drag and drop all files in "replace these".
Now drag and drop vehicles.oac back into RESIDENT.rpf
