1. Launch OpenIV, enable edit mode

2. Copy the "torrenceumk" folder to the following path: "mods/update/x64/dlcpacks"

2.9. Remove the spaces from the items in quotations from line 3 of the instructions. i had to add the spaces otherwise the 5Mods website would delete them.

3. Navigate to: "mods/update/update.rpf/common/data" and add "< Item >dlcpacks:/torrenceumk/< /Item >" at the bottom of "dlclist.xml"
but above "< /Paths >"

4. Save and exit

Just wanted to report what seems to be a bug, the speedometer needles are below where they should be so they're only ever visible when they peak out when the car accelerates.
@elad4002 i just uploaded a fix. i had fixed it before release but forgot to put the right vehicles.meta in.
@ElenovA204 Apologies for bugging you again, but the handling in vehicles.meta and the handling in handling.meta are named differently which results in the game crashing.
