This is a very very simple "Menyoo" spawner mod.
A design of an Industrial Loft. Not much to say.
01/01/2020 Update:
Minimal changes in living room, in bedroom, on dining table, new alarm systems etc.
15/07/2023 Update:
Object will NOT re-appear again when you get far from the loft.
A music player added!
To use the music player, go the left side of the TV unit and press "F" to get in and turn on the music player.
INSTALLATION
1. Place the "Industrial Loft.xml" file into:
...Grand Theft Auto V\menyooStuff\Spooner
2. Use OpenIV to place the "dlc_patch" folder into:
...Grand Theft Auto V\mods\update\update.rpf
to prevent map objects from re-appearing when you get to a certain distance.

3. Menyoo can be problematic sometimes when it comes to teleport markers.
If the teleport markers are not teleporting you, place "IndustrialLoftAutoTeleport (MapEditor).xml" file into:
...Grand Theft Auto V\scripts\AutoloadMaps folder (create one if it doesn't exist)
to use MapEditor teleport markers instead.
4. Use "Industrial Loft - NoTP" to place objects so that Menyoo won't spawn problematic markers.

i did it, wish it had a bit more lighting a different desk like the ones from offices in online clear the entrance from garbage and you should look at more railing for outside, the widows cover would be nice there and i don't like the motorcyclist wall 😅
This is actually really nice, fits in very well with the established buildings, the alcove and porch are nice touches. Would be neat if it could be made an automatic-load scenery with safehouse abilities. One minor thing though - when it's initially spawned, there's some warehouse crap lying around. Namely: A giant crate in the bathroom, a stack of pallets in the elevator, and a pallet of boxes and barrels blocking the stairs to the patio. They're easily removed through spooner, but it'd be nice if they were automatically deleted upon load-in.
Er, one thing I've noticed: It rains inside the building. There's no falling rain in the air, but puddles on everything.

Mate,they are automatically deleted by Menyoo. Just make sure you teleported the location before loading the map. Apparently you disabled the option that teleports you automatically right after load. ( I personally disabled it too, like you did xD )
About rain thingy: there is no way to prevent it unfortunately. Game takes that place as outdoor, just the roof disables the rain drops falling in via alpha maps.
Finally, a menyoo mod that someone actually took their time and made look great! amazing job, you really stand out from the other mappers, this should be featured.

You should have seen my other maps then,which I'm too lazy to upload. A vigilante's hideout with a shark-quarium, a tree house with %100 dinamic suspension bridge and elevator ( no more teleport markers; you actually go up with a working elevator), an interactive zombie safezone;which you get in via a manhole,catacombs with hidden doors...
I mean camon! People still could not discover how to make doors dinamic (openable) with Menyoo. Menyoo is so capable of creating. The limit is your imagination. @MAFINS didn't add those tasks section to Spooner in vain! It gotta mean something,right? My works don't require additional task like turning every single door into a dinamic state via Spooner. Just load and you are good to go.
That loft was one of my earliest works.

@jumanji4400, Preach brother! I was able to figure out how to make working doors in Menyoo from this mod. Map Editor was simple, but I hate mixing the two on a map. Oh, and I figured out your 'MLO light' workaround. I figure the 'ideal' way to get light objects to work when reentering spaces will be to turn them into ymap props. In the meantime, your 'auto' solution is not an inelegant workaround. Have yet to start working on the prop movement thing. I've got other issues popping up with Simple Trainer. Too bad Maffins gave up on including online DLC maps with Menyoo. That would probably solve some annoying issues modding the maps. Great work though. I got somethin' for ya' as I'm just about ready to release my first map. I'm going to apply your lighting solution to a couple points and see if that works for me. One thing I did find that works is, first spawn in the maps via Simple Trainer. Then spawn in your props from Menyoo. All of your spawned lights will work until you leave the space and return. Outside of turning it into a ymap or using your solution, that's about the only way I've found that works.
Love this mod but you can't get through the gate outside to get in. Would have made a nice car port. Excellent mod though.
