Hey! Welcome... its been a long time. I've been busy lately because of you know...school. But now im back.. This time I made an enhanced and cool af Michael's House in GTA 5.
If you've been living under a rock.. I should introduce you the NEW Rockford Hills Mansion 2.0.. It's all in one!! You have a garage that can hold up to 2 cars with extras outside, a Pool, a Tennis Court, and anything you can imagine...
After this I'm sure you'll not be living under that rock anymore ... Hahaha. No.

- Improved Jimmy's Room
- Improved Swimming Pool
- New Tennis Court
- What the Hell Fountain
- Dubsta with a Money in the Trunk
- Grass and More Cedar Trees in Front Yard

Installation:
- (Optional) For the textures: Install the OIV by clicking it... (Dragging and Dropping the OIV in OpenIV works too)
- For Menyoo: Go to your GTAV Directory.. Once in the Directory, Drag and Drop
"houseimproved" in: menyooStuff / Spooner
- Once in-game. Open Menyoo, then go to: Object Spooner/ Manage Saved Files / houseimproved / Load Placements

For Backing-up Textures (MUST THING):
Options:
a. Back-up your x64h.rpf before installing the OIV..
b. (Recommended) Copy x64h.rpf in your mods folder.. and choose the mods folder for installation in the OIV..
