Experienced users will already have gamconfig.xml files installed. New users will download your file not realizing they also need heap limit and packfile limit adjusters, so you should mention this and provide links. Also you should recommend which heap limit mod should be used with your file since 2 are currently available.
Will the latest gameconfig.xml version work, regardless if the file never gets updated?

This gameconfig along with https://www.gta5-mods.com/misc/gameconfig-xml-dilapidated#comments_tab and https://www.gta5-mods.com/misc/gta-5-gameconfig-300-cars#comments_tab aren't working at the moment. Used zero mods and the game would still crash once the gameconfig was changed.
