@8bram8 I edit with TextureTool but the problem is that the game crashes

@8bram8 I'm sorry you were asking about YFT not ytd, i gave you wrong answer.
With YFT fragment model files we will have to wait until tools are done, just like it was in gta4. Gta4 eventually had OpenIV support to export into "OpenFormats" .OFT. Then there was plugin for 3DSMax called GIMS which opens .OFT and let you alter or make any ped or character model and then reimport back all in game. It will take while before we get all this for gta5, same goes for Zmodeler which is special modeling program for vehicles. Can't wait for that, i want to reconvert gta4 yacht and some modded cars for gta5.
If you interested in peds and character models, you gonna have to keep checking on OpenIV updates for YFT export/import and 3DSMax tools like GIMS... good luck
