-put all the files called Denji inside tMods\update\x64\dlcpacks\addonpeds\dlc.rpf\peds.rpf
also works to replace NPCs example: ig bankman
use AddonPeds Editor.Exe and add "Denji" as Male and rebuild

Cool! I think the jaw issue is just where the head has some weight influence for the jaw and facial bones. Be sure to edit the full head weights and make it move only with the head, and maybe add some neck weighting to make it smoother when looking around of course. I tend to view the neck weights as like a stairwell in terms of how much influence you choose to give it and have it move. Like start at the base of the neck adding more weight for the neck bone and then gradually decrease it as you move up the vertices to the head. If you don't wish to use facial animations, then I wouldn't include those bones if I were you, as they tend to mess with the movement and make things look weird. Just thought I'd try to help!
