Description:
This mod recreates the concept of helo level from split / second.
Instructions:

5 Helos have marked you as a target, each one is stronger and accurate than the last. The helos will launch missiles at you. It is best that you choose a really fast car.
After surviving 3 attacks you'll have a chance to relaunch the missiles at the helos by pressing NUM9 / X / A (GAMEPAD),
when the helo is aims at you, an alarm will be heard.
When your attack is available, the more you let it charge the more damage it will inflict to the helos.
If you die, you simply respawn at the last location you damaged the helo.
You may press F9 at anytime to exit the mod.
After each level you gain upgrade points that can be spent on either Weapon or armor to a max level of 4.
Armor: adds 10% chance to trigger protective shield that will make your vehicle invincible for one incoming attack. (4 upgrade points required)
Weapon: adds +50 damage. (3 upgrade points required)
PLEASE REMOVE ANY INVINCIBILITY BEFORE STARTING EACH LEVEL.

- Find your GTA V installation folder (e.g. C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\SteamApps\common\Grand Theft Auto V). It should have files like GTAV.exe and x64
- Requires Alexander Blade Script hook v (http://www.dev-c.com/gtav/scripthookv/)
- Extract "HeloInsurgentV.asi" & HeloInsurgentV.ini" into the game main directory
- Launch the game and press F9 to open menu

Split / Second. Ohh yes...
Very interesting, but I have another idea for you. Off line races like NFS with CPU opponent. Many of us don't like on line races or don't have a buddy for things like that. But think of large of line population. Races with CPU on few levels of difficulty would be very interesting. Random opponents and random way points or predefined tracks, would be insane. NFS on GTA V. Think of the possibilities. Is this even Possible?

Hey im interested in this mod . Could make this to work on police chases? Would be cool.
