About RagePluginHook (short: RPH)
Rage Plugin Hook is just Like Script Hook, a hook to load mods/scripts for GTA V. SH(ScriptHook) is used the most, and everyone uses it. But what makes RPH different? RPH has a .exe installer and creates a specific .exe for starting with RPH. So you can play normal GTA V without disabling RPH, just use the other exe. It has functions as loading and unloading mods while the game is running, it has it's own console where you can change mod settings on the fly. It is 100% compatible with ScriptHook so you can use both! Give it a try, it's easy to use, easy to play with and easy to develop for!
So if I still did not convince you, feel free to comment a "Why not ScriptHook"
But ScriptHookVDotNET is now too supported. Hooray! Thanks to @ikt!

This mod makes cars not explode anymore when impacting the ground too hard. I thought it was really annoying that all cars explode when they hit the ground too hard, so I was looking to change that. EddIm also made a mod that does that, but it works differently and disables deformation for such falls too. So I tried my best and present to you my mod. With working deformation.
Requirements

@puppyshark I had a conversation with ikt, and the arguments that came up there were -SHVDN is open source, RPH is not. -RPH adds a lot of files which makes it a bit obscure/confusing just to add some more. I'm still not sure what I like more.
@ikt @Fledron Off topic for the mod (just downloaded, haven't had a chance to try it yet!), I've always been somewhat uncomfortable with LSPDFR and RPH on the basis of obfuscation and closed source, but you just gave me a really interesting logical paradox. RPH is essentially designed by LMS in order to earn advertising revenue through LSPDFR, with a couple degrees of separation. That in itself is not particularly bad (Take-Two couldn't legitimately complain, nor could anyone else). However, a substantial number of the contributors are actually real police officers. So, we're in a weird scenario where police officers -- who in the modern era base everything they do on good community relations -- are withholding source code (RPH) from the community. The community is sharing source code (SHV+DN) amongst itself.
Mind blown.
No .. actually ENT allows you to turn on vehicle invicibility and still allows the car to get dirty and deformed but NOT explode.
So .. really no need for all this extra stuff.
@L3gi0n Oh no one Trainer hat that function. Isn't your trainer useless because my mod supports this and other trainers also have the same functionality as ENT? It's personal preference, also I don't want to always turn invincibility on, I want it enabled from the beginning. My mod is not useless nor is yours. So use it or not. But don't cry.
@Fledron oh this might be better than the old one then, i think your car doesnt take damage in the air with that one.
@L3gi0n Giving me half a star rating although the mod is working and has no problems. Wow. Just wow. "Honest conversation" the only thing you did was trying to convince me that my mod is useless. I am not getting defensive I am defensive. If you don't even download it but instead tell me that you have a mod that does what my mod does and then giving it half a star for no logical reason is a bit over the top. Change my mind but without using the argument that another mod also also this feature. Your trainer probably also needs ScripHook so where is the problem? Almost all mods rely on SHVDN or RPH and just telling me you don't want to download that because you are lazy is not a reason to give me half a star.
@SirQuinn Well yes, depends on what your preference is. I like it more when deformation stays enabled, that's why I made this mod.

Okay,got it. By the way,you really deserves it.
I wish no crash on impact can be done to helicopters, with 50/50 randomness, so it gets more diverse during heli crashes
@tall70 I'll take a look and see what I can do, but it's not as easy as with normal cars.
@Fledron This mod is great, thank you; i installed it first day you released and it makes off roading very fun as you never have to think your stupid vehicle is gonna explode like it has 500 kg of explosive attached when it fells from 0.0000000000005 meters.
1) Works as advertised
2) No performance impact or whatever.
3) Vehicles get damage as usual so there is nothing immersion breaking happens.
literally have no idea where to put the files. the readme only shows where to put the .dll file and that's it.
great mod i wish somethings could be added... this doesnt effect AI does it ? i would love to make it so AI dont always blow up their cars in my game .. i have my damage set high so that a few impacts total the cars .. it works really well with the values i have set however the cars explode about 25 percent of the time 40 percent of the time they bust into a fire ball
i wish bursting into flames could be lessened ... not disabled just lessened
its just when im playing everyone is constantly screaming lol

@SnakeSlippers Does this happen all the time or did it just happen once? I am not actively developing anything for GTA V anymore, so it'd be just interesting to know if this mod is broken or it just has a bug
@Straightea Funny enough, I forgot all about this. Just restarted modding GTA V again and game started crashing, looked through the log and seen it was this mod and saw I already commented.
I get this error when loading into the game, then it'll crash after like 10 seconds. Happens maybe once here and there.

@SnakeSlippers Okay, then it might be that the game or SHVDN has changed so much the code does not work anymore. If I get back to playing the game maybe I'll pick up modding again and take a look at it (since I made the mod because I really wanted that feature)
