Here I came with a huge improvement for Sandy Shores. Not gonna lie to you, is quite big. This mod adds lots of buildings: houses, stores, a highschool, a church and many more. This was inspired from various places from US ( towns from Nevada, California, Texas etc.) and even from Fort Carson (GTA San Andreas). I wanted this map to look realistical, just like a normal small town in the deserts of America.

- The Boat House and the dock is renovated (pictures included in the folder)

Installation:
So, the map consists in ymap and map editor files, you need to install both of them.
- Drag all the files from the "ymap files" folder to update > x64 > dlcpacks > custom maps > dlc.rpf > x64 > levels > gta5 > citye > maps > custom maps.rpf
- Then you have a file in the "xml" folder. You got 2 options for this:
1. The one I recommend you is to make an "AutoLoadMaps" folder in the scripts folder (firstly install map editor) and put the xml in that folder you just have made and the map will load itself automatically every time you get in the game.
2. Or you can drag that xml file in the main directory of the game and load it manually with the map editor In Game.
- The "sdscen.xml" file is optional, this one includes scenarios. All you have to do is to drag it to GTA 5 > menyooStuff > Spooner. In game you have to teleport to the reference (so it won't bug) and load it with menyoo.

@LilShag03 there are already some big comercial buildings outside the town made by rockstar, one for example is near the sandyshores airfield. Maybe I will make some interiors for those buildings in the future.
@Sonicfx07 when I made the map I wasn't thinking to make it compatible with the missions. And what do you mean by flickering textures? Send me a DM so I can help you.
What I meant by flickering textures was when my character would walk and the props in view would quickly change from one color to another and would stop if I held still. I didn't have this problem when I used a custom gameconfig, it seems.
does this cause a drop in fps?

Can you do Dlc version on this map ?
Do you know how well this might handle in a fivem server?
Is this map is confortable with FiveM?
@DaniHUN i tried on mine it isnt ready for it yet hopefully @Abrian19 is able to make it fivem compatable becasue it is a good looking mod

This only partially works in FiveM. All given ymaps load fine, except for the xml files. I converted them to ymap, but the pitch, roll and yaw were not properly converted, which lead to the pavement not being sloped.
Other than that, this is an awesome mod that gives Sandy Shores a completely new look!
@ToniBabelony are the bulidngs rendered or are they kinda funky due to the pitch/roll?
@cbot96 the buildings are fine, however the pavement and vehicles/NPC spawns are not correctly pitced and rolled due to the XML not translating well to YMAP
Some alot of custom buildings dont show up but i installed everything right do you know how to fix it?

This reminds me a lot of Fort Carson, from San Andreas. Specially that corner building, if that's not a sheriff's department then I'll be damned. Great mod.
Great mod but same issue here as Roy_cow and PeytonJB. Buildings only partially showing. I tried both install methods.
I have a Problem with this mod. I tried to use this mod in the SP and it didn't worke. I did everything like tolde in the description and it didn't load. Can someone help pleas?
My bad, user error. Works perfect now, I didn't have Map Builder installed. Perfect except any chance to remove the wall blocking the motel jump ramp please?
