What changed Enhanced Water 4k?
Gta v water is fine, but seeing the images publisitarias rock star you can see that it looks better.
when navigating through files you can see the texture really are of very low quality.
Then I take the time to redo 4k textures, to try to achieve a better effect, not only improves water quality also adds more clarity to banks and pools and a better reflection of the sun.

Follow the system folder to install
1. Make sure you have the latest version of OPENIV and the plugin "well" installed before proceeding.
2. enable EDIT MODE before making changes.
3. Replace the files by following the exact folder structure I have provided in my download. Simply DRAG and DROP as directed using openIV.

1. Make sure you have the latest version of the plugin OPENIV and "good" installed before proceeding.
2. To enable edit mode before making changes.
3. Go to Tools and select the package installer
4. Select setup.oiv

@RYAN This mod changes the file graphics.ytd, where much of the effects as the corona, sun, etc.
on my other mod HD Visual Graphics © modify all textures in hd

I personally think its much easier to use update-update.rpf-64-textures rather than x64a. It leaves my x64a as my backup. Great stuff here mati! Love your work.
@LeeC2202 I discovered that by accident actually lol. In the long run it may not be the best idea because when another update drops it will be just another file you need to replace into the new update.rpf. But yes, ALL x64a can go into the update x64 folder. I'm going to test some other files in it also.
@Weirdoutworld if, discovered this in the update 1.33, personalized fxdecal.ytd that my file was located in x64a and pruducia no effect.
any file located in common.rpf and x64a should work, but as dises the trouble is that when a new update falls, will have to be replaced again
